I cannot access my administration section!
If for whatever reason you are not able to login to your Joomla! administration section (Backend Access Control is enabled, forgot Backend Password), please do the following:
- Connect to your website's FTP
- Browse to /plugins/system
- Rename rsfirewall.php to rsfirewall.bak
- Now you can access your administration section. Correctly setup the Firewall Configuration so that you can login next time (add your user to the allowed users list, change passwords etc).
- Rename rsfirewall.bak to rsfirewall.php back, so that the RSFirewall! plugin will be loaded and you can stay protected.
