Autoclose
- Check for tickets marked for autoclosing every (minutes): How often the check is executed
- Days a ticket should go into autoclose status: If there is no reply from the customer after this amount of time, a "Notify" button shows up next to the ticket. This notifies the customer that his ticket will be marked as closed.
- Days a ticket should be autoclosed (after notification is sent): After the notification is sent to the customer, if there is no more activity on the specified ticket (eg. no replies from the customer), the ticket is marked as closed after this amount of time.
Note: To turn off the autoclose feature, please set both "Days a ticket should go into autoclose status" and "Days a ticket should be autoclosed" to 0.
